VanLaecken Orthodontics has great customer relations. They make each person feel important and take the time necessary to answer questions. Even though they run a whole lot of people through there we never felt rushed or like just another body in the chair. Thank you for taking great care of your patients.
We received excellent care for our 12 year old daughter. They are understanding and compassionate at every level. They are always willing to explain things when we have questions. The facility is clean and warm feeling. Very professional employees. I'm sure we will be back with another kid someday soon.
