Jen - Business Manager

Jen is always in search of a great picture...the perfect shot and the next great pin on Pinterest! She can usually be found with a camera in front of her face. She'd love a time turner if she could have a super power!

Her favorites include: reading, organizing, scrapbooking, blue, chocolate, December, baseball, the Nebraska Cornhuskers (Go Huskers!), Train, Harry Potter World, Bon Jovi and standardized test-taking!

JoDee Kluck - Financial Coordinator

JoDee holds the former title of Gettysburg Snow Queen and the current title on our team of "Best Use/Placement of Paper Clips"! She really takes care of business while maintaining a great sense of humor!

Her favorites include: Nebraska football, December, U2, anything from Guadaljaras, My Fair Lady, her three girls, blue and is great at spending money but isn't as well-known for her parking skills!

Her favorite part of working in an orthodontic office is her coworkers and seeing the AWESOME smiles!

Marcy - Scheduling Coordinator

When she's not listening to '80's music she can be found playing board games (even winning the title of "Most Ridiculous Answer"). She is known around our office as the team member most likely to sport a fanny pack!

Her favorites include: her wonderful children, reading, travel, going to movies, turquoise, Mexican food, Bon Jovi, summer, the movie Grease and her fun grandson, Oscar!

She loves watching patients' smiles transform into the beautiful, confident smiles they have at the end!

Pam - Scheduling Coordinator

Pam loves walking her miniature schnauzer and being with her two daughters. If she were to be stranded on a desert island she'd bring her tennis shoes and that's perfect since she's always hopping! She is known on our team for her giant, delicious cookies and is always in search of great recipes!

Her favorites included a trip to Maui for her birthday, country music, seafood, the color black, November, ballet and golf.

Her best orthodontic advice is: "Keep track of your retainer and wear it faithfully!"

Noreen - Clinical Coordinator

Noreen claims bean-bagging is as sporty as she gets but has a special, hidden talent...she can play the accordion!

Her favorites include: spending time with family and friends, reading, decorating, Hawaii, Philippians 4:6-7, pasta, aqua, September, the movie, "The Help", and finding a great deal when shopping!

Noreen has spent her entire career in the orthodontic field (over 35 years!) and says "Changing a smile can change a life!".

Anne - Treatment Coordinator + Orthodontic Assistant

Anne loves Florida Georgia Line, the color pink, reading, her peekapoo, Lola, DIY projects and Mexican food!

Her super-cool hobbies include coaching sports (she loves volleyball, basketball and golf), playing the guitar and flying airplanes. So it is no surprise that if she could have a superhero power it would be to be able to fly on her own!

Anne's favorite quote is "Today is a good day to have a good day." :) What she loves most about her orthodontic profession is watching someone grow into their new smile.

Kacey - Orthodontic Assistant and Treatment Coordinator

Kacey believes in soaking up as much knowledge as possible. She is never afraid to take on something new and do it with GUSTO!

Her favorites include: Pinterest, purple, black, pizza, the Vikings (especially #69, Jared Allen), NASCAR (especially #24, Jeff Gordon), Proverbs 4:23, The Wizard of Oz, January and collecting elephants!

She loves seeing the transformation not just in her patient's bite, but also in their personality!

Dawn - Orthodontic Assistant and Lab Technician

Dawn is another of our lab experts - you name it, she can make it! In fact, her nickname from the team is Super Dawn! However, she IS always "in search of a product to make her hair less fuzzy"! One great accomplishment Dawn can boast about is winning her 6th grade contest for "Largest Bubble Blower"!!

Her favorites include: Source Field Investigations, her sons and grandsons, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Jared Allen, Aerosmith, chocolate, September, the color black and reading.

Dawn's favorite thing about orthodontics is seeing not-so-perfect teeth turn into fabulous smiles!

Doreen - Orthodontic Assistant

Doreen would bring a Kindle with a never-ending battery to her desert island. She best describes herself as a little bit sassy and would love to visit New York City and Broadway!

Her favorites include: reading, calamari, orange, Harry and the Hendersons, Rascal Flatts and her Pumpkin Swirl bread!

Her favorite part of orthodontics is watching her patient's personalities change as their teeth get straighter.

Nikki - Orthodontic Assistant

Nikki is our team leader in our Aberdeen office and is affectionately known as "Napoleon"...like Napoleon she is short in height, a little bit sassy and gets the job done! She dreams of back-packing through Europe someday!

Her favorites include: reading, traveling, hockey (she's a former MVP!), pizza, red, black and Nicky Minaj!

She loves helping to give our patients the confidence to show off their smile any time of the day!

Monica - Orthodontic Assistant

Monica describes herself as a chocolate-loving, family-loving, go-to-bed-early-get-up-late-loving, smile-loving, soccer/basketball/hockey mom! She is known on our team for showing kindness toward others and her love of dental hygiene.

Her favorites include: her three kids, purple, blue, Mexican food, May and October, shopping, Sweet Home Alabama, her Yorkie-Poo Aully and chocolate!

Lacey Lambert - Orthodontic Assistant and Lab Technician

Lacey's known on the team for her crafty mind and loves to keep things organized! She would LOVE to be able to wiggle her nose and have all the laundry be done!

Her favorites include: her three children, July, red, beaches, the Acapulco Extravaganza at Senor Max's, sewing and scrapbooking!

Chasidy - Orthodontic Assistant

Chas loves to read and exercise and is best known for her title of "Team Bowling Champion"! She loves her Boston Terrier, which she adopted when her previous owner had to go into a nursing home.

Her favorites include: Twilight, chicken, the color black, July, Pink (the singer), and Nascar (especially Jeff Gordan).

She loves how each patient's self esteem grows with having braces. Her best orthodontic advice is "Wear your rubber bands! It works and it's worth it in the end!"

Brenda - Orthodontic Assistant

Brenda describes herself as chocolate obsessed, a smidgen competitive and always cold (but warm-hearted!)! She is famous for her smoking hot salsa recipe!

Favorites include: her chocolate lab (Chloe), hot pink and black, chicken alfredo, pizza, playing cards, helping on the farm and gardening.

Her passion for dental hygiene shows in her orthodontic advice: "We don't want to trade straight teeth for stained teeth. When you have braces on your teeth you cannot brush them too much!"

Erika - Orthodontic Assistant

Erika loves to spend time with her family and friends, play softball and go to the lake! She has a dog with a very unique name...Diogy (D-O-G)!! She always finds herself in search of fun, new clothes and loves purple, neon, the month of June and the movies Elf and Pitch Perfect.

Erika is silly, sarcastic and caring and we love having her on our team!

Erika's favorite thing about orthodontics is helping people have a beautiful smile that they are confident in. She says, "I had a great experience at VanLaecken Orthodontics and I want to give other patients that same opportunity."

Allison - Orthodontic Assistant

Allison loves spending time outdoors farming and riding 4-wheeler. Allie, as her friends call her, loves to spend time with her family traveling and seeing new places. She has a beautiful family and can be seen spending quality time on their family farm!

She would love to meet Ellen DeGeneres and is always in search of more cattle and pasture. She is easy-going and happy!

Allison loves orthodontics because it helps people feel confident. Her best advice is "Wear your rubber bands!" and what makes her smile...her FAMILY.

Megan - Orthodontic Assistant

Megan enjoys going to the lake, shopping (new clothes! shoes!) and spending time with friends and family. She never leaves home without her phone and she would love to travel to Hawaii and Australia.

Favorites include: the color purple, the month of September and the movie Sweet Home Alabama. Her top sports team is the Oklahoma gymnastics team!

Megan's best advice to her orthodontic patients is: "Always wear your rubber bands!"

Melissa - Orthodontic Assistant

What makes Melissa smile? Going for bicycle rides, her family including children and stepchildren, Charlotte, Cody, Izaiah and Elijah, her cat, Nala and her pup, Jasper! She also loves the month of September and the color black.

On her DVR you'll find the Office, Park and Rec and Friends. Her favorite vacation was to Universal Studios - hands down best vacay yet!

If she had a superpower it would be speed...not that she wants to rush through life, but that it'd be nice to clean the house much faster. :)

Andrea - Orthodontic Assistant

After taking time off to be home with her two kids, Brody and Eva, Andrea is back on board the VLO team!

Originally from the Letcher area, Andrea is a sharp shooter in the hunting world and dreams of exploring the Amazon!

Some favorites are: the color red, spaghetti, and baseball.

She loves getting to see the beautiful, confident smiles we get to help create and her best advice is "Wear your rubberbands! Treatment will fly by if you do!"

Kamryn - Orthodontic Assistant

Kamryn (Kam/Kammy) loves her pets Chopper (dog) and Carl and Gracie (cats) and they are the first thing to make her smile when she gets home! :)

Some favorites are: the color blue, the Nebraska Huskers (GO BIG RED!), the Pittsburgh Steelers and spending time with family, friends and her pets.

She comes to us with a 4.0 throughout her dental assisting education at LATI and loves the confidence each patient has after getting their braces off. We are so blessed to have her on our team at VLO!

Jordyn - Orthodontic Assistant

Jordyn's favorite quote is "Be the energy you want to attract."

She loves spending time with her family, camping, fishing, moving nights, 75 & sunny beach weather, the color purple, Grey's Anatomy and Ryan Reynolds to name a few. Her greatest loves, though, are her fiance Ryan (and his bad dad jokes!), and her two children's beautiful smiles.

Ann comes to us with 20 years of experience in the orthodontic world and is known for her caring spirit - loving each person around her deeply.
