I’ve only been with Vanlaecken for a couple months but they have been nothing but nice and helpful. Their team is so cheerful and happy all the time. If you have a question they will go out of their way to make sure it gets answered and also ask if there’s any other questions. Even in these couple months, Vanlaecken has made my braces journey not bad at all.
