All the staff I was in contact with were very friendly and helpful. There was minimal waiting. When the Dr. came in he was very open an honest. I really appreciated the idea of not being pressured into braces gor my son, although that's our end goal. But sometimes people cant afford them or the pros dont outweigh the cons so that was nice.
