My son really likes his orthodontic assistant, Kayla, she is very personable. She puts him at ease, and he thinks she is very nice and funny! This evening, I was impressed when Dr. VanLaecken called to check in on how my son's first day with braces was going. What a wonderful way to connect with your patients!
